Delivery
In-stock pieces reach Kathmandu Valley addresses in 3–5 working days and the rest of Nepal in 5–10. Made-to-order pieces are crafted after you buy and ship in 3–4 weeks.
Delivery inside Kathmandu Valley is free on orders above NPR 25,000. Below that it is a flat NPR 350. Deliveries outside the Valley are a flat NPR 900.
Yes — inside the Valley our own team delivers large furniture and places it in the room of your choice at no extra charge.
Orders
Yes, for addresses inside Kathmandu Valley on orders up to NPR 150,000. Outside the Valley we ask for payment via eSewa or Khalti before dispatch.
Every order gets a tracking link by SMS. You can also enter your order number and phone on our Track Your Order page at any time.
You can cancel from your account while the order is still Pending or Confirmed. Once it is packed, call us and we will do what we can.
Returns
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and return the piece unused in its original packaging for a full refund. Made-to-order and customised pieces are excluded.
Photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours. We will replace or refund it in full, with no restocking fee.
Care
Dust with a soft dry cloth, wipe spills straight away, keep it out of direct sun, and apply a natural wood conditioner about twice a year.
Jute rugs should be vacuumed rather than washed. Blot spills, never rub. For a deep clean we can recommend a specialist.
Vastu
It means our design team has reviewed the piece for natural materials, grounded proportions and a form that supports easy movement through a room. It is design guidance, not a guarantee of fortune.
Yes. Vastu-aware layout advice is part of our design consultation, which you can book free from any page on the site.
Trade
We do. Interior designers, architects, contractors and hospitality buyers can apply through our Trade Program page. Approval usually takes two business days.
General
Yes, in Kathmandu. Opening hours are Sunday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM. We recommend booking a consultation if you would like a designer to walk the floor with you.
